Hope you all like it! Spent all the money on Cornetto’s so it’s a tad low-budget but hey what can you do! We can’t tell you how we managed to convince Nick Frost & Riz MC to be in it or we’ll have to kill you………….. like we did their pets, erm that kinda gave the game away… anyway you can check out the tour dates & details here as that’s kinda the point.

cheers
dvp

PS: The music used in the video is as follows:
1. Sage Francis “Best of Times”
2. dan le sac Vs Scroobius Pip “Cauliflower”
3. Riz MC “Sour Times”

So if you follow either of us on twitter or facebook, you might have guessed we’re gearing up for the release of the second single from The Logic of Chance. Also you might have noticed we couldn’t decide which single to go with, so we’ve gone with a double A side, Sick Tonight & Great Britain will be out May 31st!

You can even pre-order the 12″ single of both tracks here & here!

We’ve even made videos for both!

Sick Tonight -

Great Britain -

You can also take part in a Great Britain remix competition here!

The first new video in ages! We got many many pitches for this track but as soon as Richard Heslop expressed an interest it was hard to look anywhere else! Having worked with the Smiths, New Order and the Happy Mondays (to name but afew…and to not name Ace of Base) we knew the song would be in safe hands! Over the two day stint, shooting in Hastings, it was great to see all his weird and wonderful ideas and quirks coming to life.

Since this was a remix/re-edit of our first song it made sense to remix/re-edit the first video! And who could we ask to do that other than Mr Nick Frew! With his arms slightly tied by the fact our dear friend Posdnous lived in America and therefore couldnt be in the video. Nick was pushed to once again be damn creative! To be honest this was a video I felt could have gone horribley wrong so, when Nick delivered it, I was very pleased to find one of the sharpest and wittiest videos we have had!

PIP

This was the first video we have made where we decided not to be in it. It was also our first video without Nick Frew so it was a scary prospect! Thankfully Steve Galshier and Russel Porter stepped up to deliver a wonderful story of a lost dinosaur boy walking around London and encountering many potential threats (but in the end finding the humanity under such threats). Cameos from Example, Dockers MC and Musa Okwonga? Dont mind if i do!

The third part of what has become known as the Nick Frew Trilogy (until he did a forth one)! Nick and I had come up with the idea of me being a guardian angle to a couple that were drifting apart. This idea was pretty good. Then Nick came up with the idea of giving them TV heads. This idea was pure genius!

PIP

This was our second video with Nick Frew. Once again we had a low budget and only two days to get it done so we called in favours from friends & fans, as well as the always splendid Paloma Faith (what ever happened to her….?). The video steps directly into the lyrics and, at the same time, has me plonked in there writing them and ignoring all the sauciness going on around me.

PIP

I have decided to write a short paragraph about each video so here is the first! The first paragraph and the first video. This is the one that started it all really. Our first video that saw us in the hands of the wonderful Nick Frew. All he had in his hands were a shameful £200 budget and a song with loads of ranting. He did a pretty good job really!
